Provided by YP.comI had a sales associate help me in getting some supplies to get rid of an ant and American roach problem. I spent $60 on the stuff the guy suggested and states would must definitely work to solve the issue. It was all a waste of my money nothing they had me get did anything to solve my problem. The roaches didn't even eat the bate I laid and I've got even more ants now then before. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. There products and service is good for nothing.

Provided by YP.comI have bought from this business many times and have been happy with the product until recently. I did not know if you bought something and did not use it or even open it, that you could not return it for refund. I think it is a very dishonest business practice if the owner can take the merchandise and resell it because it has never been opened and yet only give you a store credit. I will not shop there again.
Hello, I am the owner of the Bug Depot stores. I'm sorry that benis feels strong enough to not return to our store. In my experience every story has 2 sides. We have been in business for more than 20 years in the area because of our attentiveness to our customers and the positive word of mouth that they pass to friends and family. Having a successful small business as a retail store is difficult enough in this day and we would not use dishonest business practices to stay successful. I hope anyone else that reads this review will give our stores a try and let them judge for themselves. We'd love to serve you.
