Well, I was worried when I read the other reviews. I ordered a large pool table cover about a month ago. I was replacing a cover I bought from this company 10 years ago, which had been excellent. Although it took a little longer than I expected, Mark called me with a tracking number and it arrived 2 days later. It's an excellent cover and fits like a glove. People usually only write reviews when they have a problem. I felt like I needed to leave this one to provide some balance. I am a very happy customer. Thanks, Geno

I ordered a cover for my pool table and they had no problem taking my money the same day but couldn't get the cover sent until over a month later and only after numerous calls.. They said they would send it express mail every time I called and apologized saying their computer was down. Finally got it (5 weeks later) and it was the wrong color (I ordered black and it's gray) & the draw string that I paid $10 extra dollars for sucks! It only sinches half the cover. Do not order from these people! You always have to leave a message and I see why they don't answer the phone, I wouldn't want to deal with upset people who have been charged for a product that hasn't been shipped or even processed. Beware!!!

Not what I expected. Ordered cover from Mark Smith (coverconnection). First of all they took longer than expected to send cover. Then cover was too big for me to use. Mark was going to send me new cover but never did. Now cover is useless.
