Provided by YP.comShe is the worst! I should've known as soon as I walked in when my 90 pound Bentley was trying to avoid her. Bentley was trying to hide behind me and she was choking him to get him to her. I told her to please don't choke my dog! She hands the leash back to me and says, "I'm not doing him." Well needless to say, I had a few choice words with her. I would not recommend her to anyone!!

Provided by YP.comWe have always been so happy with Pretty Paws. Now that we have added a yorky back into our family again we are so excited to return to Pretty Paws. Not only did they do a great cut but the price was very fair and Brody was a very happy pup when we picked him up. We will be making it our grooming salon of choice!

Provided by YPmobileI used to bring my 2 dogs to Pretty Paws. The prices and services were great (at first) but then i started noticing razor burn on my dogs legs, belly and face. The first time it happened I let it slide and mentioned something to the groomer but after the second and third time of seeing her face all cut up I decided to change groomers. Also, the woman always asked would I like the same service as last time and I would say yes; haircut and bath, ears, nails and flea dip but she always came home with wax from that morning in her ears, ears were NEVER even brushed or trimmed and she would be covered in fleas! The price was always the same and I always tipped well but I need someone to care for my dog and not just look at us as the next dollar.

Provided by YP.comi brought my dog in to get groomed like i always have. i noticed something was wrong with his eyes he was squinting and the areas next to his eyes were like razor burned. the next day his right eye was a little closed and by the following day it was all white when i opened it. i rushed him to the vet my vet called the tampa emergency eye vet on the phone and said i need to go there immedietly so i had to take off work and go the eye was so bad it was going to rupture i had to put drops in and ointments every hour for the first 3 days then every 3 hours and then every 6 hours etc also he got pain meds the dr said it is very painful. he had to and still does wear a cone for the whole time and when i called pretty paws they never returned my call. i went in the following week and the lady did not even apologize or ask how his eye was, she just showed me a sign that said "we are not responsible for anything that occurs while your pet is here" something to that sort...i think that is very cold hearted and someone like that should not own a grooming business or even be around animals. his eye is so damaged and eveyone that sees him asks what happened to his eye and is totally shocked at what happened. they say they would not be as nice as i am.. now i would never take my dog anywhere to get groomed he is so afraid of anything going close to him.he is such a good qiuet dog too. also it cost me 1,500.00 so far and not to mention time i had to take off work and i am still not finished with vet check ups and going all the way to tampa... so i am telling everyone about this do not bring your pets there although i am pretty sure she will be much more careful now!!!!!!!

Provided by YP.comThey do everything you could want, including cuts which i have to say i was very happy with. Sometimes when i have gotten my Ori Pei shaved you can see all the lines and marks from the buzzer. Not at Pretty Paws. They got over the cut with clipplers and its very smooth and even. Also the Prices were fantastic. I have gotten her shaved, flea dipped, and nails trimmed for all 28.00 I would most definitely recommend this grooming facility to everyone i kno.
