The worst I paid my three month starting bill on Wednesday and service was supposed to start the following Monday.well its 5 pm and no pick up. I have called four times. O sorry we can't contact the driver she says. I saw him drive by earlier and he looked right at the garbage and kept going. The supervisor was supposably contacted twice with no prevail .I feel ripped off with a pile of garbage still out front .thanks. I'll be calling JD parker.

I have had service with them since September 2019 and have had numerous missed pick ups. This week I had to call in yet another, and asked the rep how many times the notes stated I had called in regarding being missed - it was 9. And that's only reflective of the times I called in. There were also times I didn't get around to calling before the next pick up day since they pick up twice a week. However, when you pay for a service you expect to get that service, not have trash sitting out in front of your house for days. I just made my 11th call for missed pick ups.

I'm due a $62.81 refund for 3 years.I get statements and promises of a check.Every time I call I get empty promises.I ask to speak to someone besides customer service and they tell me there is no one to help me .that they will send a message.this is really a shame for them to be allowed to treat peoplethis way.

The worst company I've ever dealt with since 1976 I would not take their service if it was free in my neighborhood were down to 10 customers that have them twice a month there truck breaks down when they do show up it's before 4 a.m. And they fight out in the road for 10 to 15 minutes in Spanish or Puerto Rican whatever it is my neighbor is 85 years old and has to call them twice a week to pick up his trash sometimes they don't show up for 2 weeks

I have never had a problem with them. They are great, friendly and a great deal for the money. I see a lot of bad reviews but I live in 34606 and have had nothing but a great experience.

It has been two weeks since my garbage has been picked up!! I have talked to three supervisors and all thee of them have told me " yes ma'am we will have someone out there today or tomorrow." so this has happened over the past six days. STILL NO TRASH PICKED UP! Now I have four extra bags of trash that I have to keep indoors because the racoons will have it all over road if I put it out! This is April 9th and I havent had trash picked up since MARCH!!! My bill is paid up. And I keep being told is my orig. driver is on vacation.....so what does that mean, the temporary driver just boycotted Wynn Ranch Road!!! Hudson FL

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst trash company I have ever seen. Neighbors warned me about the service and now I see why. Constant missed pick ups and when you call you deal with rude people who hang up on you. Asking to speak to a supervisor does no good either. The constantly come up with excuses for the drivers as to why they didn't pick up. The drivers are VERY lazy and refuse to get out of the truck when it's raining even the slightest bit to pick it up the trash and when they do they throw your trash bin as far as they can in any direction even down the road and into my neighbors yard across the street. Do not waste your time or money with this company. They are very unprofessional and unreliable.

THEY NEED TO SLOW DOWN IN OUR NEIGHBORHHOOD! THERE ARE LOTS OF CHILDREN AND THE DRIVERS HAVE TOTAL DISREGARD! I HAVE BEEN VIDEOTAPING THEM AND WILL TAKE IT TO THE SHERIFF! IDIOTS! THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD...AND THE PLAYGROUND IS WHERE THEY TURN AROUND! A LITTLE COMMON SENSE SEASIDE! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVE TO BE TOLD THIS!

Terrible, horrible company, rude snooty customer service and ridiculous workers who never pick trash up even though I pay them

Worst company ever, rude call center people who dont help, rude trash workers that constantly miss pickups and tore my trash apart, accusing me of not having kids and no diapers would be taken from my house. They are crazy! Terrible, wish I could give negative stars

the worst customer service ever, the people who answer the phone should be ashamed of themselves, we pay YOU for services, bet the 'tude would change if there was another garbage service competing in my area, darn right it would!

I have moved twice all I had to do was call and give new address and they never missed a pick up. I also have not stayed with the rules and even waited one morning for them to come to see if it would be a problem with some home improvements and the trash I was having to put out. The guys were the nicest they had no problem with the over sized things and said if there was more just put it down and they would take care of it. So thanks guys for making our trash issue not an issue at all.

They dont pick up your trash. And you have to wait an average of half hr on the phone to speak to someone.

Worst Customer Service attitude I have ever seen in my life! Rotten,rotten attitude, better off taking my trash to the dump myself!

NIGHTMARE! It was obviously the company themselves that put the only good posting here. They have missed my trash over and over and over. I have done everything, including beg them to pick it up. When you call they just act like you are too stupid to know when to put the trash out and what containers are acceptable. I travel. When they fail to pick it up, it will be in my cans for 30 days. What a smell that is! How hard is it. I pay you three months in advance. Pick up the trash please! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have had Seaside Sanitation (Republic) for 4 years now. I called today because they did not pick up my trash......again. They miss my trash at least once a month and I live in a residential neighborhood. The lady who answered the phone INITIALLY was very pleasant until I told her that my trash was not picked up again and that I was frustrated. After that her tone changed and she sounded irritated. Today I cancelled my services with them! And i went to J D Parker and Sons.........Talk about saving money!!

Started with SEASIDE recommended by my neighbor I didnt yet know when I moved here 5 years ago. NEVER had 1 prob with noise, litter, broken "cans", lost lids, or missed service- in FIVE YEARS, Ya'll . I ADMIT I have abused their rules more than once but they never peeped, or missed a lick - they jus "kept on truckin".

Was relieved to know we could keep same company when I move to new address 1 year ago. The Sched changed, crew changed, but SERVICE is the BEST I've ever had .... and I've lived in 6 states, 5 countries and among countless "trash talkin" neigbors. Was one my self; but SEAside came along . I wish I was a burned out celeb so I could go on T. V. and testimony fer these folks. So THERE. If you' wanna talk trash work it out. Seaside cant put a lid on it ... They don't have any- they GIVEM BACK.. THANKS SEASDIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
