AAA++++ !!!
My daughter and I just had dinner at the Route 66 Diner in Hudson and we LOVED it !!! The atmosphere is pure 50's !! Music from the 50's, shiny formica tables with bright red chairs and the works !! We chose to sit at the stainless steel counter for an extra dose of 50's "vibe" !! We had "ginormous" cheeseburgers with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, beer battered onion rings and thick chocolate milk shakes..... they were so big we had to take half of them home :D We will be back !!

Great food and service. can't beat the authentic diner atmosphere. Can't believe this place is still standing after 70 years.

My husband and I were finally able to check it out yesterday.
He got the cheese burger and fries which the fries were overcooked (they were the shoestring type) like toothpicks and the burger wasn't worth the price you paid for meal,$8.95.
I had the country fried steak ok,but I have had better eating out,little slim on the potatoes but they were good,also got vegetable of the day which was what they cooked for that day (mixed veggies) I only ate the carrots since I didn't like the others.Which they should offer at least two choices to choose from.
The waitress was friendly but never brought me my check cause she was too busy talking.
Way to many people on staff for a little place doing nothing.
Don't think we'll be back.
