This is a review based on first impressions. I had an appointment for someone to come out to my house and they never showed. Sure they called an hour after the appt time, but no message was left and still no show, therefore how can someone trust the work ethic of a company when they start by not keeping the appointment. People make sure they are home and available so not even calling to apologize or reschedule BEFORE their appointment is RUDE!
