Hired Jack Severance to pour a concrete patio slab. The first time he poured it its sloped toward the house. Water will pull against the house and not drain off of the slab. The slab and fill dirt were 3in higher then agreed upon. This left only a 1 to 2 inch drop below the exterior door.

He came back out to redo the pad and it was worse than before. The second time the pad sloped away from the house, however it was wavy and not flat. My hot tub has gaps under it over a quarter of an inch. One half of the slab is an inch and a half less than the other side. He left portions of the form when it was poured, causing the concrete to crack.

There is concrete all over my sliding glass doors & exterior paint.
