Chris Farias and Mike Ballos were very good to deal with. Very professional and right to the point. I would reccomend them again.

This company does not even deserve a single STAR!

My recommendation: Never shop or have service done at Colonial Dodge in Hudson, Massachusetts. Their service is poor: meaning that they do not follow your requests, charge far more than quoted or charge for work not requested, and require multiple visits to fix warrantied problems. The professionalism is lacking: meaning that they speak to their customers in a condescending manner, do not have your vehicle ready when agreed, and if you complain, they do things not becoming of adults. This is my experience. I sent a detailed formal complaint to Chrysler.
