The total lack of incompetence by Amy S. has left a bad fast in my mouth. To tell a client that his vehicle is modified, because it runs on propane as well as gasoline, is so ignorant and misleading, she should be reprimanded. This senior citizen, was put through unnecessary turmoil. This was confirmed by four other agents. I would not recommend this agency. I think she should go back to school and pay attention!
