Dr. Ogles had been treating my dogs for years and had done an excellent job. She is very caring and takes her time with her patients. I will never use another vet. Plus the practice is neat and clean and office staff are friendly and go out of their way to provide excellent service.

Dr. Ogles has taken great care of our pets for years and we are very happy with both her and the office staff. Whether she is doing check-ups or surgeries, she addresses all our concerns, offers various options for treatment and is professional and accomplished. The office is clean and modern, with helpful, friendly staff. Your pets will receive excellent care at Hudson Animal Hospital.

This office is very clean and friendly. We are always greeted immediately by the front staff. My pets are also greeted by name and given attention they love. We never have to wait to go into the exam rooms. The office runs on time. Dr. Ogles is patient and gives the time to explain my options for various shots and flea control. I feel very comfortable with her expertise. The staff is great too!! They offer my dogs and cats a treat every time we come in. I love their attention to detail. I highly recommend bringing your furry friends to visit Hudson Animal Hospital.

My first 2 visits were awesome, but after the 3rd visit and my cat still had diarrhea and this was her appointment for her spaying, I had some questions.



In the nut shell the front desk staff was condescending and compared my cats sickness to me as if I was an idiot.



I was called 15 mins before closing with the person not addressing themselves and stating that the Dr. wanted to talk to me when I came to pick up the cat. I asked if my cat was ready. I don't understand why someone wouldn't state their name, where they are from before going into the chat I need to have with the Dr. .. Then telling me she was ready and I asked when was she ready, they told she had been ready.??



I voiced my concerns of the staff to the Vet Dr. and all she would do is defend them, no apologies and say I heard them talking to you. Ok so I am big liar. CUSTOMER SERVICE doesn't exist
