Wow. Have we come a long way! Acu-Gage Systems used to be a three-legged machine with ten micron scales ( yes, ten ). As our customers, and their customers, demanded tighter tolerance inspection and greater accuracy, our design needed to change as well. For over two decades, Acu-Gage Systems has continuously improved our design which, today, has translated into machinery that compares favorably with the most accurate systems in the industry. We will successfully design systems for customer applications when other manufacturers don't have a viable solution. From the humble beginnings of a strictly manual system and evolving to a fully automated platform with video and laser integration, we have received quite an education from our customer base and their diverse applications.
