I went to the Hudson Oaks location on July 22, 2014 at 6 PM ordered garden salad got it home open it up got ready to eat it was soggy and moldy , the lettuce was very very bad I called to complain and spoke with Madison asked for a manager said manager was busy would call me back in 30 minutes no one ever called me back I waited three hours and called them back at 10 PM that night. Someone answered the phone Pizza Hut I said excuse me she said we are closed I said is this golden chick she said yes I said where's the manager she said she's gone. I explained again the situation she did not care no one offered to give me my money back nothing. It's been all over the news in the media by eating bad vegetables including lettuce you could get poisoning very very ill. I even told her to check the rest of the salads that they had so no one else would get sick she did nothing. I'm very furious please do not eat there!!
