Provided by YP.comI had a problem with a window that was under warranty. Contacted my local Norandex but got no help so sent e-mail to the HQ, using their "contact us" page. I was asking for help. They couldn't be bothered to reply. Has been a month or more. Poor product and poor customer service. The warranty is useless
