I saw this today and was surprised by the poor reviews. I guess it just validates that people tend to vocalize more when they’re unhappy. We have been going to TMS for probably 15 years for pretty much everything and I have never had a complaint with their service, honesty or performance. They have always gotten my cars fixed in a timely manner, always called me with a price before doing repairs and I’ve never had to return because something wasn’t done or done poorly. One time several years ago, I took it in for tires and they replaced them but in doing so saw my brakes needed repair. Tim said “ I cant let you drive this car out of here with those brakes, they aren’t safe, if you dont have the money, you can pay me later.” This is the only place for me!

Mechanics are competent (√) and honest (??).

Been going there for service for several years. Last week I brought my car in for oil change & a wheel bearing. Both were done fast and reasonably. When picked up, I noticed all the quarters missing from the change tray and rifling throughout the car - left all the nickels & dimes. When asked, they knew nothing about it. Now we have questions about TMS. Probably won't go back.

This place is anti amercan. Their sign next to their shop rips on USA all the time. I will never shop their again.

I called Tim-the owner of TMS in advance to see if he can do a simple weld for me. Tim said before he can give me a price quote he needs to examine the muffler and flange. He said bring it and I so I did.



When I arrived there Tim was on the phone BS'ing to a guy about Hot Rods for 20 minutes. After the 20 minutes he finally realized he had a customer waiting for him patiently; finally he hung up the phone. I explained to him my situation, I told that if it would cost $50 or more I'll buy a new muffler. He said 'ok' and I gave him my keys.



He had one of his techs with dirty hands and dirty clothes move my car into the garage. Keep in mind that I have tan interior; anything stains tan interior as well all know. They looked at it and he said he wouldn't weld it; he offered me $350 and he would replace my whole system.I said no thanks mainly due in part to his poor customer service from the get go.



To add to this horrible customer serviceand attitude of Tim the owner of TMS another customer brought in his Ford Explorer to get his muffler cut out and wanted to have Tim's crew reweld a new muffler to the SUV. Thiscustomer asked the same thing I asked as well. However to add to that he asked how long it would take to have it done. Once again Tim said he needed to look at the car first. They agreed to those terms. Tim replied back in a pissed off manner "Well were you gonna pick up your car later or what?" The customer answered "Doesn't that depend on you and your estimation on time?" Tim slammed the door and ran off; the customer said to me "this guy must not want my money." I looked at the customer and said he isn't getting mine!



I laughed and I left that POS place.
