The salon was very clean, the staff was friendly. However, the gentleman who did my nails did not provide professional service. They look horrible. I requested the finger nail polish be taken off. He offered a new color, which I declined. That got a laugh from the tech another next station. I ended up going home and fixing both my mani and pedi myself. I don't think uneven, rough nails are ever acceptable from a professional salon.
