I recently brought in my vehicle to Gerber Collision & Glass and had a terrific experience. This company is the epitome of customer service. After dealing with my insurance company it was refreshing to work with honest, competent, and friendly people. Bev, the secretary, graciously helped me navigate my insurance options and Jay Steinbach, the general manager, provided the estimate in a timely fashion. The estimate to replace the back-hatch panel was close to $900, as my insurance had a $1000 deductible I asked if there was a to fix the back-hatch panel to just make it functional again (the handle no longer worked to open the hatch). Jay said he would see what he could do and estimated that unless he had to replace the handle he could do for around $100. After 45 minutes, he returned the vehicle with a fully functional hatch handle, he also popped out the dent. After Jay explained what he had done I asked how much I owed him, he said, “Don’t worry about it”, and handed me the keys.
