It was my first time trying great clips in hudsonville, I knew they were rude if you didnt check in online from reading the reviews however I thought that since I was waiting in the parking lot ten minutes prior to them even being open it would not be expected. My children and I walked to the door as it was being unlocked just to be told someone had been waiting longer than us and we would have to wait for them even though they had not even gotten out of their car yet. When the car drove away the lady huffed at us and sais we could be helped now. She checked us in and had us wait a few minutes before she called my daughter up. She finished the one then started the other one. She was handling my child so harshly that she ripped out one of her earrings. She never did apologise for this mistake. She rushed through both haircuts. (Spent less than 30 mins to cut hair on 2 teenage girls) then we paid and left. When we got home we noticed how bad the cuts were. My youngest had chuncks of hair longer than the rest. My oldest girls hair was noticably longer from one side to the next. I tried to bring them back to get it fixed but even my kids were so off put by the service that they wanted me to just fix it myself. The haircuts wouldnt be worth it if they were free and the service was so bad they could have been perfect cuts and free and I still will never go there again.
