We've used them for 20+ years. No complaints.

This disposal service is the best. I've never had huge price hikes, they're reliable and always willing to help when you have questions or concerns!!

There has been a push in our neighborhood by a large company to solicit disposal services, supposedly offering lower prices, etc. We choose to stay with Gene's as they have always served us well, going out of the way at times to get our can from the front of the house when we forgot to get it to the curb. Workers with this kind of ethic reflect well on Gene's.

I've been using Gene's Disposal for 23 + years. They bring the garbage to be incinerated, and they are a small business that's family owned. They've only increased prices when necessary - and I have had excellent service for this entire time. Maybe once or twice I was missed in those 23 years and I'd call - they'd apologize - and someone would be at my location that afternoon to remedy the situation. Simply put - they are great!

Having been hit with increases on an annual basis by another garbage collection service we'd been with for many many years, we contacted Gene's and were pleased with their cost and service. They've never missed a pickup and are always prompt.

They are the worst service provider I have ever used. They actually told me they couldn't see my garbage because "the street was dark". I cancelled my check since they didn't actually pick up my garbage and then they tried to charge me a returned check fee and sent me to collections. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I have been so happy with Gene's Disposal Service. It is a good value and was perfect for my needs. The customer service was very friendly. I was with Gene's Disposal Service for 3 years and would definitely recommend it to others.
