Unprofessional & Rude! I had an appt. set up for a trial & to have my hair done for my wedding by Sabrinna. When I called to confirm my appt. she informed me she was NOT going to be doing my hair for my wedding & that she had made other plans for that weekend. Supposedly she tried to contact me but I had no messages, etc. Horrible work ethic! BEWARE!

When they opened in Victor Marketplace, I was hesitant to try another salon, but a picky girlfriend had a very good experience. I am now a satisified customer and love my new stylist! The staff is friendly and are specialists in cut, color, etc.
