🙋🏻‍♀️visiting from Texas so I’ve had my share of Tex/mex restaurants and this has definitely earned my rating! The restaurant looks like a hole in the wall place but is very spacious and clean. Our waitress was 3 days new so she wasn’t too know about the menu, but she was able to get Pepe to answer all of our questions.. ❤️ he answered everything and even gave us a sample before ordering. He even came back periodically to check on us and whether we were satisfied or not. I feel like he would definitely make the visit for anyone pleasurable. The rice and bean portions are small but they make up with delivering on the meat. I ordered the carnitas plate, with the habanero salsa- it was delicious! The Chile con carne on my cousins enchiladas was great- tasted a lot like mole but 1000 times better than hotdog chili on an enchilada, which happens all the time at Tex-mex restaurants in Texas... note to outsiders- go to an authentic Mexican restaurant if you want a real good Texas Mexican food experience. My aunt order ground beef tacos and tostada which she was very satisfied. Overall this was a good visit and would definitely go back if we return to Broken Bow
