Low integrity business

I had a horrible experience with AMS Investigations. After taking the check for my retainer from me, this PI was not responsive to my phone calls, emails, and TEXTs. He either ignored or rejected my surveillance requests every time I asked. Being frustrated, I cancelled the service from AMS Investigations. However, I couldn't get my money back. After requesting many times, he finally sent me an invoice with mostly fabricated services charges. I disputed the questionable charges item by item with supporting documents. He refused to look into those fraudulent charges. Instead, he threatened to charge more for the GPS tracker that I have asked to return to him. He acted that since he got the check from me, there's nothing I can do about it since he has my retainer. He has tried to intimidate me about his charges and I feel like I have been abused by him. AMS Investigations has a very low integrity and I strongly suggest never using this business.
