At 4:46pm I placed an order for Chinese food to be delivered on Jan. 15,2017. During the ordering process we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a combo which included a crab puff, a chicken wing, an egg roll and a cup of soup for an additional $3.50. We agreed. The meal was delivered as promised however when we were about to eat the chicken we noticed that the chicken was raw and ***** The company put both combo meals together in the sane container with the chicken, the egg rolls and the crab puffs. So, we called the restaurant to tell them what happened and that we wanted our money back for the upgrade only which would have come to a total of $7.00 and the restaraunt refused. They offered us $5 but we said no we wanted $7 because they put all of the food in the same container and I could have received sal monilla poisoning because we both actually bit into the chicken. The reason for this complaint is that they did not want to really resolve the issue as they argued with us for about 5 minutes that the chicken was done. We even offered to bring it to them to show them. Please post this so that this issue can get handled as again we did not ask for the full meal to be refunded only the $3.50 upgrade to both meals.

Provided by YPmobileI would give them negative stars if I could. We called in an order and was told 45 min. Over and hour passed still no food. We called back and was told it was on the way. We live 5 minutes from the location. 20 minutes later we called back to cancel the order. The place had already charged my card. We asked for a refund and was yelled at over the phone. The food finally arrived and we turned the delivery driver away. I'm calling the bank in the morning to dispute the charge

Provided by YP.comVery good Chinese food!. We have ordered take-out twice and both times it was outstanding. What makes it really nice when ordering over the phone they have very pleasant speaking english employees. We look forward to going back again.
