On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate this business a 100. We received the most positive and professional experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this place of business!

The Humble location is a Joke....while having internal issues my account gets penalized for non payment and records don't add up to there system....Not to mention no statements have even been sent out for several months and now that I want my records they want me to pay past due amounts....I don't think so!!!! Incompetent location.....Don't go!!!

While all the staff seem to be very friendly, I did not encounter anyone that could competently perform their job. We were trying to transfer from a different orthodontist, over the course of a year we went 5 times for different things to gain Medicaid approval, which was supposed to be submitted on the first appt. then when I would call back, they said Medicaid requested something else, so we would go do that, X-rays,molds,general dentist clearance...at this time it had been 2 weeks since she had seen her other ortho. So all of this shouldnt have been necessary, with a proper records request. The tech that did the molds took over an hour and had to do it 6 times, yes 6 times. I called every other week or so during the year and they told me no approval from Medicaid, Medicaid was telling me they hadn't gotten anything, so here I am a year later, I just spoke with someone at just braces and they cannot help me because they are no longer accepting new patients! We are classified as new patients because we never got Medicaid approval, after calling Medicaid and her dental plan and speaking to 4 different people, I was assured that NOTHING has EVER been received by Medicaid from just braces, the last thing received regarding orthodontist treatment was from her original ortho. Stating we were transferring and they were no longer treating her sent on 9/28/11. This is 9/25/12.
