Great company. Great follow up. Great process. Great prices.

As a college student money was tight. Matt was able to save me a lot of money and got my laptop up and running.

These guys and gals know what they are doing. We are extremely grateful for their knowledge and honest work ethics. They have been doing our IT for a year and we can't be happier. Lowest price in town but best service in town.

We use Just Geek IT to handle our computers at the law office I work at. As an office manager, I don't stress out when we have IT issues as I know they will be here quickly and will resolve any issues we have. We also like that they have guys standing by 24 hours a day and that many times issues are resolved remotely.

Their office manager, Stepanie, is great at issuing our tickets which keeps me informed of the hours we have left on our contract with them.

The techs we've encountered are knowledgeable and get us running at no time. They are always nice and professional.

We have used them for years and will continue to do so.

Just Geek IT is the best. Our tech Michael was thoughtful, on time and repair came under budget. The best thing about them is they come to you.

This company is a SCAM. Had them come out, guy let me know it was a bad Hard drive. I paid for him to replace the Hard drive and then had to pay for data recovery. I kept the old hard drive and ironically enough my brother came to town and we were talking about it. I was letting him know the things my system was doing. Turns out he checked the original hard drive and nothing was wrong with the drive itself. It was a Windows startup problem. To think the guy (Jason or Jay was his name) asked to "dispose" of my hard drive but forgot on his way out to grab it.

I went to their office with a laptop that was overheating. I expected to be without my laptop for a couple days. I received a call about an hour later saying it was ready to be picked up. Turns out the fan inside had collected so much dust that it was causing the laptop to overheat. They removed the dust and it works great again. We were so impressed we then took our desktop which was diagnosed with a bad motherboard by another repair place. Just Geek IT Solutions quickly diagnosed it with having faulty memory. In one day we got two computers fixed. The staff were great and honest. They definitely know what they are doing. Chris was a great tech and provided great customer service. We will use them now for all of our computer needs.

I work from home and in the middle of my workday yesterday, my laptop's motherboard began to fail. Prior to a complete shutdown, I said a quick prayer then hopped on Google because I am still new to the Houston area, my car is currently broken down, and I didn't know what to do next. Just Geek IT came up as closest to me. I called and they answered immediately, listened thoroughly, and showed up to my house within 1.5 hrs. The technician (IDK if he wants his name in this so I'll just refer to him as such) was kind, thoroughly tested and evaluated the issues, then gave me a plethora of practical, honest options. I decided on full laptop replacement. I even had an issue with my debit card authorizing due to the transaction being an unusual one and he was kind enough to wait for me to clear that up. He gave me an AMAZING deal on a brand new laptop (better than my last one) took my old one, completed transferring everything from my old laptop to the new one, loaded software, AND brought everything back to me, set up WiFi, tested speeds and showed me important tips. Prior to him bringing both laptops back, during the process, he continued to update me to ease any concerns or anxieties I had because let's face it; he had my cyber life in his hands! He was prompt and honest. It was late when he returned to my house, but he stayed until all was well; and I know he didn't have to. I got up this am to work on the new laptop with no issues at all. He even checked in with me this am to see how things were going. Superb pricing, prompt, friendly, honest, top-notch customer service. I will be telling everyone I know in Houston and will definitely continue to use them for my IT needs. Thanks Just Geek IT!

We had a server go down first and didn't know what to do. Our previous IT support company was no where to be found. We called Just Geek IT and they were on site within 30 mins. They promptly fixed the issue. They are small business friendly and gave a us a great discount. We will use them again.
