I came here after starting our own company in April. I met with Todd, he constantly told me how bad of a job I was doing taking care of our QuickBooks. which I spent hours learning and calling QB to learn what I could. He also gave us tax advice. I needed help on a certain form which wasn't making sense considering all the information he had given me. So I called the IRS myself and realized Todd had given me misinformation. I fixed everything myself and fired him. asked for the rest of the retainer back and they sent me an itemized statement of stuff he didn't do but charged me for. I know he didn't do it because I did it myself. Took my books somewhere else and come to find out he was the one messing up the books not me. He was also pushing me to just pay them to take care of my books which I wasn't wanting to do.

They are very good and they walk with you every step of the way. They make you feel like family.
