My children have been attending Oak Tree since the infant room, and since the beggining the loving and caring staff has shown my children nothing but love!!! The teacher are always smiling and greet me at the door with a hello and a hug for my children.. The office managers are very caring and understanding. And I know for a fact that Oak Tree's prices are better than any other daycare on Atascocita.. I am very greatful to Oak Tree for watching out for my children and for the teachers helping my children grow and learn so much... I take it personal when i see that another parent complains on the center instead of taking responsability for their own childs misbehavior..I always recommend Oak Tree to anyone wanting a loving places to put their children!!THANK YOU OAK TREE!!

My son has only attend here for 6 months. At first everything seemd good. They were in a transition hiring a new teacher for my sons class. In the last 2 months it has become increasingly worse. To the point that it has effected my son in dramamatic ways. They are unwilling to see that the tools they are using are harmful to the children. Instead of handeling the dicipline they threaten the kids with calling parents. Parents are not tools of dicipline they are parents. There is a bully in the class room and the staff refuses to address the situation. The bullying has become so bad that my son developed a studder and is acting out in ways he never has before. For a month i have gone back and forth with the assistant director and director to rectify the situation and both are unwilling. It is so extreme that I have now removed my son from the center. Please if you love your kids do not bring them here.

My son has been attending Oak Tree fora litte over two years. Bot my son and I are very happy with this facility. The staff is always very nice and helpful. He is ow three years old, and doing wonderful in his class. He is extremely smart, and the teachers encourage him to do more daily. My sons previous teacher actually babysits for my husband and I. That shows just how much I like and trust the staff there.I would definitely recommend Oak Tree to anyone looking for a great place to take their children!

My son has been at oak tree since he was 4 months old and is now 3, my very dear friend recommended them to me( her 3 children have been attending for the past 6 years) and as a new mother I trusted her judgement , let me say she did not let me down. I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment my son is happy to attend, I LOVE THE STAFF they are always very friendly and give me an at home my child is safe and very loved in their care feel.As for the comments about head lice, I can say I have not had that problem, but head lice can be hard to get rid of so to point the finger at the day care is a silly reason to me to give the daycare a one star rating.

My daughter had lice from November until March. She kept getting infested. I washed everything at home, gave her treatments weekly, talked to the director of the center. They didn't inform other parents of the infestation, I did. I had to cut her hair but that still didn't work. I found out later that the teachers were combing her hair daily because they loved playing with her hair. I've taken her out of the center because they are incompetent to care for children.

Dear Parents,My children have been infested by headlice 3 times since June. I have stayed home with them and done the shampoo treatment 7-10 days and nit picking with fingers and comb on a daily basis. The first time after the first treatment was completed they returned to school with clean heads however, a week later my daughter came home with 2 live headlice from from her bangs. I reported the incident to the owner and he insisted that the problem was not necessary coming from the daycare but,could also be coming from home. I suggested he cleaned the area rug and the dingy fabric sofa in the afterschool classroom. I then again kept my 2 kids at home and started the whole cleaning process again, which includes shampoo treatment, daily nit picking, washing clothes, towels, bedding in hot water. My children returned to school today and I requested for the director to check their heads in my presence. She said she was not familiar with what to look for so she got one of her empl
