Restaurant was well decorated, nicely done interior.



We started with the Shrimp Cake appetizer. That was really good and something I would highly recommend.



The noodle dishes were good, not really outstanding, but good and filling. Soups were served hot and all of the vegetables are fresh. The service was very good and friendly. I would go back again for nice Vietnamese Pho soup and other dishes. The amount of food served was nice, good variety and nice textures. The shrimp were cooked well but beef was a little tough. I am normally very good with chop sticks, however I had to use a fork with the noodles. They stuck together a bit too much for the chop sticks. Prices were very good. Nice amount of good food for the price.



Deserts were mixed review. The sweet bean pudding was good in my opinion, not great, but good if you want to try something different. The Vietnamese yogurt was a bit tart and slightly sour. It needs sugar or honey to sweeten the flavor... then it tastes much better. Otherwise, it tastes a little weird. Flan cake was very good, recommended for just about anyone.



Overall, I do recommend Pho An 3 on FM1960 in Atascocita if you want Vietnamese noodles in a nice restaurant. I'm sure there is MUCH better elsewhere in the city, but for these prices and good food flavors, this restaurant does the job, so no reason to go anywhere else.
