Normally, they have great service and great food. Today, not so much on the service. Person on drive thru taking orders said that they had Strawberry n Cream Pies ready (addictive & yummy*****). It was not the long (expected line) that brought my otherwise good day down. It was the person @ the window on 02/19/13 @ 14:15:28. She abruptly looks at me - orders the $6.02 from me, takes my card - charges me, hands it back w/receipt and hands me my bag. I say thank you - NOT her, she never smiles. I look in my bag - she never says anything about the pie missing, or that it will be right out. I ask about it and she snaps to say - You need to drive to the front and wait. Really?! That's how she was trained to treat customers?! I called the office while waiting and someone picks up and hangs up without saying a word. What kind of place is this and how long do you really think you will stay in business with service like that?!
