I have to be honest, I thought when I first took my vehicle to Sears that I was going to get the best service, boy was I wrong. My vehicle had a variety of things wrong with it of which included the rack and pinion needing replacement, a hub, back callipars and rotars, power steering pump. Derrick the associate called me back about 3 days later to tell me it would cost about $3500, but that he would do it for $3200 since I was a vet. I said okay let me think about it. Next I decided to call around some other reputable places, and contacted Jason over at Beckwiths car repair. He informed me about an hour later that derrick had dropped my vehicle off there. I had no idea that they were going to do this. My estimate was done from someone at a totally different shop, who are much more expensive. This is what Sears (Derrick) based by estimate on. When I asked Derrick why was my truck at Beckwiths and why were they giving an estimate on my truck, he could not give me a good answer. Its a good thing that I decided to do some calling around. These guys were way over charging me. I was able to find a repitable mechanice to do it for half the price. By the way Sears in Humble Tx, I will never ever do business with you guys again...disatisfied customer.

They were very nice when they fixed my car.
