We rented a storage to unit to hold our things while we are between houses. It turns out the next day we didn't have to move at this time, so we asked for at least some of our money back since we never stepped foot in the storage and advised them the very next day. They wouldn't give anything back and that's not fair to have paid for something we didn't use. Make sure you need a unit before going here. Not good service.
