Buyer beware go to another jeep dealership. The sales guys that I have talked to their 1. Have acted like they really didn't want to do their job as a sells person, 2. Little knowledge of the vehicles they try to sell. It's easy to read a brochure little hard to answer questions and try to bs a customer. 3. Pushing health hazard vehicles on the public. Was looking at a vehicle there that had mold all inside the vehicle and The sales guy insisted on selling the vehicle with mold. Blew off what I was saying and was only worried about what I would offer for the vehicle. Have dealt with several jeep dealership in Houston and by far this is the worst.

Update: 7/13/2016: They refuse to fix the bumper that they messed up 3 times already. Brett Campbell called me and informed me that the keys were going to be left on the front desk and hung up. Needless to say, I am researching an attorney right now.





Hire an attorney if you buy from them...One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Can I give 0 stars??

They have had my truck now for 43 days $3200 worth of repairs and they still don't know when I will get it back. Had to call Chrysler and get them involved and still nothing. Worst service dept and customer service I have ever dealt with. Will NEVER EVER buy another chrysler product in my life.

Lied about price of truck. Changed the price by $5,000 when I wanted to buy it because they made a "mistake" in listing it on the website, but they confirmed the price to me over the phone and when I first arrived at the dealership. Only when I wanted to buy the truck did they find the "mistake"

Service Department

I brought my 2014 dodge truck in for service(warranty work). after a schedule appointment they could not get it fixed and kept the vehicle over the weekend. When it was returned on Monday the vehicle was covered in mud, mud was also all in the inside floor boards. I also would give them a zero but I cant. WILL NEVER BE BACK,

I was told a part was on backorder until 10/2014 and the vehicle has been in repair shop since 7/2014. What kind of company sells cars without replacement parts being available? The car has been there for 10 weeks!

The service is horrible and I have been trying to get the same issue fixed for three times. I finally decided to go to Mac haik for all my needs. Oh and I would give them a zero but I can't.

This is the worst Dealership you can go to. Go to Mac Haik off of 45 South past BW 8. The GM (Bert), GSM (Primo) and Service Manager (Rodney) are very un-trustworthy. All three of them will lie to your face, then avoid your attempts to get ahold of them. HORRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE!!!!

Not happy with the service I got. I found a Jeep Wranger online and went with all the steps the pre-approval, speaking with the sales team, the finance manager everything so when I went in all I had to do was sign some papers and walk out with my new Jeep. I set up my appt to be there at 9 am to sign paperwork, when I showed up they were not ready and kept me waiting until 10:45 before they came out and told me they had to redo the paperwork because the numbers had changed, due to the "special upgrades" they were going to do for me, so aroune 1:15 I am still waiting and they pull around a black jeep, looks very nice however it was the basic model that they were trying to pass off as a fully loaded Jeep Wranger!!! They sold my jeep and did not want to tell me and instead of telling me and seeing if we could find another one, they lied and then tried to cover it up with more lies!!!!!!!! Absolutly worst place to but a vehicle from! Don't go here unless you like playing games and getting lied to!

Everything went fine. I am satisfied with my purchase and don’t have anything bad to say.

I am very happy with how the process went and extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I set up to pick up a Jeep on 10/2/12 with a price they said they would honor and they would have it ready to pick up on 09/03/2012. They called me this morning 09/03/2012, and ask what time I would be there. They did not have the Jeep and tried to sale me a different one for $400 more after I got there and made me wait an hour before they told me they did not have the Jeep and it had been traded on 08/30/2012. I am very disappointed in the dishonest procedures of your business and saying the Vehicle was there and ready. I traveled from Mont Belvieu Tx thinking that I would be picking up my Jeep and l took off work and had to make other arrangements to get there and all the time they knew they didn't even have the Jeep. I would not recommend Planet Dodge to anyone and I was warned by another dealer of your procedures but thought he was just trying to get my business, but so right he was. I'm turning in a complaint to the BBB of their dishonest procedures. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP, THEY LIE AND ARE DISHONEST.

Well, I am very satisfied with the Grand Caravan that Ray and the manager were able to get for me. I had an accident at work and now have to deal with a wheelchair. They were able to make sure that I had a lot of room and that it was very accessible.

We are completely satisfied with the Journey. It's a great vehicle and has definitely lived up to what we read about it. Everything at the dealership was great. It all was very smooth, and there were no problems at all.

I am very satisfied with the Liberty and the whole dealership experience went very well. I am completely satisfied with the whole deal.
