My parents 88 Y old sent the prove of live to my country to obtain the benefits from the retirement office as a Social Securities benefits. They recommended to sent it by USPS that would be a lower price. The surprise is we don't have the tracker number because through this service they fallow the information UNTIL it gets out of country. After that they are not responsible for nothing else. EASY MONEY because the doc. got lost. They charged to my parents $ 50.12 for 2 papers. They don't wanted to give the money back to my father. We have to go to the down town to ask for that document which it takes 4 days (2 trips one to ask for it and after 4 days to pick it up) and I have to take him because he is scare to drive to the down town.
