Worst restaurant experience we've ever experienced. Last night we tried going to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. There were two families and eight people. We called ahead and were told our wait would be 5-20 minutes. After we waited about 35 minutes and still hadn't been seated. We asked when we might be seated and were told it would be another five minutes. We waited a bit longer and were told we would be the next party our size to be seated. After we still weren't seated, we asked to speak to a manager. She told us that she had no ideas we were waiting, that the max table size was six and that she should have been informed we were waiting. She said she would start looking for a place to seat us. She offered us nothing more than that and was hardly apologetic for how poorly we were treated. We left the restaurant and will never return. There was no attempt to apologize, no attempt to make amends. Nothing. Don't go to this restaurant. It is the worst experience we have ever had.
