Founded in 1998, Blythe Elementary School is located in Huntersville, N.C. The school is affiliated with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. It has an enrollment of more than 1,400 students and offers classes to students in grades kindergarten through five. It also conducts self-contained education classes. The various subjects offered include English, language, art, mathematics, science and social studies. In addition, the school provides foreign language, music, art and computer application classes. It offers various programs to the students, including accelerated reader, right moves for youth, clubs and cultural arts activities. Blythe Elementary School has a parent-teacher association that actively supports school projects and purchases instructional materials to support classroom instruction.
