Don't go. They seem to be just wanting money. Had to pay for a couple services that has always been covered by insurance. I'm sure I'll never see the money when insurance does pay. They recommended a couple things that I've never, ever had another dentist suggest and was pressuring me to get done that day or make an appointment soon. Twice the office manager approached me. (I had gone to HIckory office, but they don't have an option to rate...wonder why?) The other thing is their kid friendly claim online isn't true; unless the child is older than 7. I had my 4 year old twins and 2 year old with me and they wouldn't allow me to take them back. Had to leave in waiting room, which I didn't like. Never been to a dentist that did that. Wished my kids would have tore it up, but they were really, really good for the 2 hours that I was there and went just for an initial visit and a cleaning. Won't be going back for a 6 month follow up. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. Wished I'd read some of the reviews prior. Live and learn.

You be the judge! I have two dental plans both of which are accepted by Dentalworks. When I first arrived at my appointment, the receptionist said your visit will be $39.95 today. I was only having a cleaning. She said the hygienist will go over the details. When I got mad she finally admitted it was for a cancer screening. McDonalds allows me to place my order and not just throw extra items and pass on the expense to me!
