Provided by YP.comTHIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR WEDDING DAY!!!! --- I am even more upset now that I have read other reviews that had the same experience as me. My bridesmaids and I were waiting at our hotel where we had hair and make up for our STRETCH ESCALADE to pick us up and take us to the church to finish getting ready and to take pictures. I called them 10-15 minutes before the pick up time to make sure they would be on time and find out that not only are they running late but also the limo I reserved 10 months in advance was "broken down" and they are sending a much smaller one in its place. I had reserved a stretch escalade because it can fit 18 people (we had 10 total in our wedding party - but they are bigger guys and we had dresses and all that) and we wanted our photographer to get in the limo with us to take pictures. The limo they send could only fit "ten" people but we were jammed in there, it was incredibly hot in side (AC was not working) AND the ice they promised for the drinks we brought was no where to be found. --- we were sweating, had warm beer and I had to sit on my husbands lap for us all to fit....it was awful. When I called after our honeymoon to get a refund the owner told me that he will give me the difference in cost between the 2 limos which was just $200 - I said that if I had known that just the 10 seater was available i would not have even reserved it and I don't want to pay for anything but the gas and for the driver since that is all i felt I should pay --- he told me I shouldn't have gotten in the limo if I didn't want it - HOWEVER - I had no chance to even arrange other transportation because i found out 10 min before they arrived AND only because i called them!!! this was the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Its one thing if the limo we had did break down (which I'm not sure it did based on the other review which said they found out later that he had double booked it and sent the requested limo elsewhere) but at least make up for it after the fact..... thats bad business...

Provided by YP.comThis guy cancelled the day before my event. I spoke to him a few times over a 30-day period and had the contract in hand. The deposit was paid but he decide to let his corporate client 'take' the Hummer during the agreed upon time. This was poor judgement on his part and adds to the bad opinion that many have of these types of companies. I spoke to other local companies and their opinions were not high for this outfit. Very disappointing to say the least. Honor your first commitment. Chase the bigger dollar when you are 'available' because you never know who you may be servicing.

Provided by YP.comEXTREMELY unprofessional limousine company. Utilized their services for a birthday and even though you may request and assume your getting a particular vehicle, they send you what they want with no justification or remorse. On top of that they don't feel the need to even notify you. Vehicle I received had a check engine light the whole duration of the rental and could have broken down on the side of the road at any moment. Vehicle was also adorned with dirty glasses!! The driver did not open the door not one single time throughout the whole night! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! I don't even want to give them one star, but it is required to submit!
