Well, don't be stupid like me and try driving to the place if you live near by. They operate out of a warehouse / office facility because they are web based, not a walk in store. However, they were cool with me and I had no issues.



Went back home and decided to browse their website. I was looking for an older Hi8 camcorder and I saw they specialize in older stuff for the technologically impaired like me. The site looks a tad old (but they said they're currently building a new site). I didn't see what I wanted so I called and spoke to a guy named Ed. Long story short. the product wasn't on the site, but this guy got it for me. I didn't get the whole "yeah we don't carry that" bull. He went through the ringer and found what I needed. That gets an A+ in my book.
