AMAZING New York Kosher style deli restaurant. Huge portions, great service, great variety. During COVID-19 and beyond, they did an amazing job in keeping safety number one and they still do. Never a bad meal!

I will never return to Ben and Irv's - ever! I met family there for lunch and ordered a club sandwich. When I bit into the chopped liver layer, it tasted sour. I told the waitress that something was wrong with it and she took it back to have the owner taste it. She reported that he said the chopped liver had turned and it was bad! I was served bad food and the owner knew it!!! Did the owner then apologize? NO! Did he offer to buy my lunch to make up for this? NO! Offer to buy my drink? NO! Nothing! I paid full price for my substitute lunch. Plus I got violently sick in the middle of the night! Bad food? I think so! Any response to the email I sent? No! I am a small business owner and would do anything to make up for any snafu to my customer. I don't believe that this ungracious, unfeeling owner deserves my business.
