I would not recommend this organization. Many many innaccuracies in the home inspection report. The Radon service is very questionable. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

I have to think the last reviewer is either blissfully unaware, or never actually bought any of the properties this company inspected, so doesn't really know.

I just wish I had found everything within the 2yrs the law gives you to sue for work like theirs.



They missed:



The backyard had a flooding problem - another inspector later told me that should have been obvious by the type of weeds (not grass) that made up most of our yard.



The hardwood floors under the junk carpets I specificlally said I was throwing away didn't touch the walls in most rooms. not a little gap, 1-2 inches in some spots.



They specifically told me there was no asbestos. 6yrs later we were told the entire attic was asbestos (it said it on the bags of insulation, so I believe the guy who showed me) plus once I knew what to look for, we found it was also in the unfinished ceilings of our basement. It wasn't hidden, it was in plain site.

Everywhere.



Windows all leaked, and we were told by the window installers who came out to replace them that there was no way it was a new problem, it's probably been like that since long before we moved in.



The electrical system wasn't properly up to code for the time period we bought the house.



The main sewer line of the house COLLAPSED within 5 years of moving in. Had to be replaced at a cost of close to $10k.



Do yourself a favor - use someone else. I have to wonder what this guy was doing for the time he was here. He was more worried about stupid things like a plug not being GFCI next to the washing machine, or a leaky faucet in the kitchen sink. I could have done THAT.
