I don't know if anyone else has had a problem with not being able to find their loved ones markers like I have. I visited my father's grave about 8 months ago and couldn't find his marker, as I was looking for it I realized a lot of markers were covered with dirt, dead mowed grass and weeds. I finally found my father's marker in the same condition. I had to clean it off and dig weeds away from it. I was extremely upset. I went and spoke to Charlene Weber of Family services for Kirk and Nice. She was apologetic and assured me this would never happen again. She had told me they had just hired a new maintenance company and would speak to them.My sister was there today 12/17/14 and ran into the same problem. She couldn't find the marker and had to clean it off. My mother spent around 18 thousand dollars for my father's funeral and " Perpetual Care" ! My sister is waiting fir a call back from a representative from the company to see why this is happening. My mother is to be buried next to my father in the future and I am not happy about giving more money to this place after this.
