If I could have rated this perticular manor care no stars I definitely would have. My great grandmother came home with multiple bruises and a shaved head. All this abuse started after I originally complained about the nurses saying not my patient not my problem because I told them that my grandmother was waiting for an hour and a half to pee. Not only that but my grandmother lost over 20 pounds there and she was only there for around 3 weeks she told us they never put the food close enough for her to reach it. She wasn't bathed for 3 days and my family payed to get her hair done and the hairdresser never even did herhair. So do not put your family member in this manor care. When I went to the highest up they told me the pictures I had of my grandmothers shaved head and bruises they said that was nothing and blew me off... DO NOT PUT ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY IN THIS PLACE.

l actually wanted to pick NO STARS but this review would not let me start typing unless A STAR was picked. This was a totally disappointing experience for my mother and my siblings. There were so many issues and once they were brought to the attention of the Administrator nothing was really rectified. There was no follow through with anything they were supposed to fix. Not only did they not have any way to thoroughly communicate with my mother who was hearing impaired, and promised to fix these issues, it never happened. My mother also ended up with cellulitis of her surgical incision the day we were leaving the hospital. I would highly recommend you taking your loved one ANYWHERE but to this Manor Care
