Clean and relaxing ... I first went to this business because it opened next to Home Depot where I do most of my shopping. Since I train at the gym everyday, I need someone who can work out the knots in my back. Fortunately, Emily can identify the particular muscle groups that need the most attention. Also, I appreciate the quiet environment and soothing music. The rooms and tables are very clean and heated for those occasional cool days. The $50/hr charge is well worth it considering the feeling of well being when I leave. Of course a cold beer next door at Fitzgerald's doesn't hurt.

I train at least five days a week and look forward to my weekly massage at A Plus. I've had three different masseuses and they were all great. Their knowledge of accupressure has saved me several trips to my chiropractor. No matter how stessed out I am, I realize I'm only an hour away from feeling fine.
