Horrible group, I would never recommend them to anyone. They cancel appointments and their doctors are the worse

Scott canceled 6 appointments in a row for myself & spouse. All cancellations were morning of or night before at 12:30 a.m. via text message. This is the very least of the professionalism Scott demonstrated. My spouse & I saw him once together then 2 sessions each alone. In the 1 on 1 sessions, Scott told me I could be with any other man and why am I staying in the relationship, why haven't I left? He called my in laws "trashy". My spouse shared he was making similar personal opinions about me and our relationship, not to mention some other concerning things that he said to my spouse at the end of a session. The comments to my spouse were so unprofessional that my spouse told Scott that he needs another 1 on 1 visit before we both go back so that my spouse can discuss Scott's comments. That is when the the last 3 cancellations in a row began. Scott also asked very personal questions that had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with our marriage. Stay away!

Made an appointment with Scott Hoxby. He scheduled the appointment for Sunday afternoon, which was odd. Texted my cell at 4am the night before to cancel. Made an appointment for the following week, again on a Sunday. Texted me at midnight the night before to cancel. Then texted at 10pm during the week to try to re-schedule for the following Sunday - I decided to go elsewhere. Unprofessional. Unreliable.

Made an appointment with Scott Hoxby showed up 5 minutes early. Sat there for 45 minutes finally got irritated and asked the receptionist what was going on. She decided to go check the therapists office, came back and said that he wasn't even there. She told me that he had probably forgotten about our appointment. We were frustrated and proceeded to leave. On our way out the receptionist said "it's not our fault because our therapists make their own schedules and dont always tell us" Meanwhile we hired a babysitter for the appointment for both kids it's $60 we wasted $10 in gas and wages that were lost exceed $200. Why would I ever want to re-schedule with this kind of unprofessionalism? I wonder what a small claims judge would say to me for my loss due to their negligence?
