Operational since 1909, the Huntington Beach Public Library offers a range of library services and maintains five branches in Ohio. The library carries more than 450,000 books, over 450 magazine subscriptions and nearly 6,000 videotapes, CDs and DVDs. It features multipurpose meeting rooms that host educational and cultural activities. In addition, the Huntington Beach Public Library maintains a children's library, reference department, theater and individual reading rooms. The library organizes children s programs that include storytelling and reading workshops. It offers its information and cultural center on a rental basis for special events, such as weddings and parties. The Huntington Beach Public Library issues library cards and provides membership options.
