After Bob woke up one morning with a refrigerator not cooling anymore, it becomes clear that local repair companies were replaced and run out of town by larger, conglomerate corporations. Customer service in these larger companies is the second rate and the repairs are anything but affordable. Don’t mention calling the manufacturer where telephone calls can lead to frustration and long wait times for appointments. After months of training, purchasing parts, and getting the word out, a new local “hometown” style company was born, Custom Care Appliance Repair.
