Provided by YP.comJohnny has done most of the work on my car that I can't do myself for years. He's always been very fair and highly professional... and he's honest and forthright to a fault. He's always busy and deals with the customer himself instead of having a receptionist so sometimes he can't spend a lot of time chatting up customers. I've been a 'car guy' my whole life and JC's will always be my first choice because of Johnny's integrity and character.

Provided by YP.comWe needed a front end alignment ~ we had other problems with the front end ~ he diagnoised the problem ~ fixed it for a very fair price ~ work was done great ~ My car runs EXCELLENT . I would highly recommend this shop to anyone...

Provided by YP.comHad a problem with my truck called AAA had it towed to this shop because Americas Tire had recommended this place several times in the past. Well the owner had to be found then yelled at the tow truck driver for parking in front of his shop?? I was asked to leave my info on a piece of paper not a proposal or legal anything! Left with the tow truck driver to my residence.
I called back 4 hours later to see if the work was finished it had not even been started!
The owner asked he had the keys sarcastically. I then said you could have called me I did leave my address and cell number then he lost it and told me to get my truck off of his lot. I was waiting to see if I would need a rental in case my truck was not finished. Total cost to me $460 had the mechanic next door do the job cost $160
Rental $200 Don't waste your time at this shop. Very unprofessional
Customer Satisfaction is a main priority for our business. In this situation we our sorry that one was dissatisfied. We received a call regarding a 92 Nissan Pathfinder with a possible suspension issue that was not drivable. We told the potential customer to have the auto brought in but that we would not be able to look at it that day as we were booked. The customer told us that was not a problem that if they have to get a car rental for a day or two that would be fine. The tow truck company showed up without incident. We were unable to give any kind of proposal to the potential customer as we told the customer we could not look at the auto that day, to leave their name and number and we would call them as soon as we made an evaluation of the issue. 4 hours later we did receive a call from the customer as indicated. The customer wanted to know if their auto had been completed. Our response was reminding them that we did tell them that we would not be able to look at the auto that day. The customer was not happy by this response and during this call we had walked over to the customer’s auto and realized the keys were taken so we asked where the keys had been left as they were originally in the ignition and now are not there. The customer had taken the keys without our knowledge and this question seemed to upset them severely, requesting immediate service, was upset they had to pay for a rental car and the more the customer was upset and could not be calmed down we decided that it would be in our best interest as well as the customers if we did not work on this auto. We requested that the auto be picked up. We are not sure what happened from the morning meeting to the afternoon call but sometimes there are situations beyond our control where we will never be able to satisfy a customer regardless of what we do to try. So in that rare situation when that happens we have to make the decision to let the customer go and this situation was rare and we are truly sorry of their dissatisfaction on how they felt we handled things.
