These guys executed a long-distance move for us. They required some professional logistics. They were well equipped and up for the task. The move was more or less perfectly timed and came in within our budget, we would certainly recommend this company.

When I called originally to get a quote, they told me $95 an hour + an initial $95 service charge. That fee makes sense, they need to cover overhead, truck & gas, etc.

The day of the move, the two gentlemen who showed up didn't mention anything of their mandatory up charges.

Beware, they will charge you an additional .75 hours for drive time. They then charged me $40 because they 1/2 saran wrapped two items of mine. Then they charged me a 15% additional fee.

They worked only 5.25 hours for me, but I got charged $873, so on top of tipping the guys who actually did the hard work, it was $1,000 day, way way way more than I was planning on spending because they do not tell you ahead of time how their pricing model works.

I called them to complain about the lack of transparancy and asked for a refund. They agreed to give me one for $108.75. I called nearly every day the following week to get a refund and everytime I heard, sorry the manager isn't in right now call back in an hour or sorry we don't do refunds until Friday. Friday came and they were too busy to help me.

This company is a JOKE.

There are so many other moving companies out there, save yourself the headache honestly. And not to mention money, my last moving experience cost me $250 less for the same amount of hours.
