Olga L, im sure your real name is Tatianna the manager of Ocean Air, you can tell by the sweet review you posted about yourself and FYI husband/wife team is not true, they are boyfriend and girlfriend who moved here from Russia. The manager is a very cruel lady she will get you in there, evict you as soon as possible, steal your deposit, then tack on more debt. I find it pretty funny how "maintenance issue get fixed quickly & very professionally" was included in her foolish review when this whole war between my sweet grandmother who is 75 that used to live there and her started over my grandmothers dishwasher that broke within 2 months of her living there, Tatianna got sick of my grandma's calls and told my grandma she was responsible for paying to fix the dishwasher. Long story short she kicked my Grandma off hud housing and evicted her as well as a numerous amount of other families. Tatianna, has a lawsuit against her from tenants that have previous lived there, shes tried and has ruined many peoples lives, she must get pleasure from it shes so sick in the head. She also lovess to taunt her tenants; one lady had a cat and she called animal patrol 3 times to have cat picked up because "cats are not aloud to leave your backyard" (it cost 130$ to get your animal out of the pound) and another time she called the cops because children were playing with sidewalk chalk (she HATES kids btw, she wont let them ride bikes or scooters on the property), she told the police kids were graffiting all over the property, when the police officer arrived he told her the kids were aloud to play with side walk chalk as long as they washed it up when they were done and she called him a "stupid mexican", these are just few stories I can think of off the top of my head. Their management is corrupt, They deserve to be shut down. Shes ruined my grandmas credit and made it very hard for to find a new place on a fixed income and an eviction on her record , I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!

Please be aware -­ the review Cameron A. dated on 12/23/2013 absolutely inappropriate! Some tenants make a lot of mistakes, do not follow Apartment Rules or violating their Rental Agreement. Now they are accused manager & wrote bad review. I can not understand what this person writes. This is completely wrong. SHAME ON YOU!!! Ocean Air Managers, husband/wife team, the best Managers we ever experienced. Office always open for people (tenants, guests, prospects & etc.), maintenance issue get fixed quickly & very professionally. Our Apartment complex all the time 95%-­100% occupied. It means a lot. People love to live here and stay years & years. Thank you to keep our community clean, quiet and comfortable place to live.
