Me and my wife went through these guys to not only purchase our first home but we also went back to them to later refi and thye asked us if we minded writing a review of our experience for them. We were glad to help out, they treated us so well, and made us feel comfortable about the entire process. We cannot be happier, we are now able to start a life and a family in our great new home that has an even greater new loan. They gave us incredible service and also they just flat out gave us the lowest rates that we found anywhere. We had compared a few other places just to be extra sure, they even suggested that we look around but they definitely had the best deal. Really, we just loved the attitudes of the workers there and feel alot like family after working with them over the past 2 years! We suggest that you tell your friends and family to check out Pacific 1 Lending they are super great:)

This company is excellent they are able to do miracles with mortgages. They really transformed our house payments from a terrible situation into an incredible one!

My wife and I wanted to refi our home to help us pay off the loan for our benefit and also the benefit of our children...who will one day inherit the house. We had called a few places to check their prices and knowledge. This place seemed to be the best overall to get the job done. After getting all the paper work done which took what felt like forever..the process was super quick and very easy. We would go with them again if we had the choice.

WE so lucked out by finding out about the wonderful little mortgage company in HB .....our daughter had a friend that knew of the companay and actually reffered us to them and we did a refinance on our first and now we are looking into workin g out something for the second.......we couldn;t be happier with their fresh approach to getting our loan done so well and with great results!!!!!!! WE highly recommend them !!!!!!

My experience with this company was pretty average meaning that they were good at mostly taking care of everything .......the way I had experienced my other refinances in the past..... very similar... However there was something that was above average...that was the service ..they were a bit faster than other places I have been to in the past and my loan was done relatively quickly ..at least quicker than i had expected...

I did tell my best friend about this place and she thinks its just peachy keen and cant wait to call them herself......and start saving some money! She was so surprised when i told her how quickly they got the whole process done in and tht they were so helpfu;l she was so interested in also refinancing that i gave her their phone number and showed her where to look them up online to see for herself that they are very accomplished as a mortgage broker business and real estate company... She is in the process now of discussing withthe loan officers how they can help her with her home.... and I am so grateful that they helped us with ours!!

These guys rock! We are doing our second loan with them now and can;t wait to see the results of our new loan! Thanks to all at Pacific 1 ! We will be able to take a vacation now due to the savings we are going to accumulate!v I definitely say try them out they really know what they are doing and have that modern edge to the mortgage business!

That the company has the highest ratings on the BBB for any other mortgage lending company on the web!! Their service also reflects that rating as they treated us like good friends. They gave us a great deal on a new mortgage opportunity and we are so happy we chose to give them a try!!

Simple procedure and easy staff to work with and very likable. The whole process took about 4 months total and we are getting out of debt slowly now because of the savings that we are accumulating from our refi with pac 1.....not sure why these guys are not on t.v. or something...they are soooo good a t what they do!!!

One of my students pointed me towards Pacific One Lending. The student gave his families number so that I could speak with his parents about the company...So I had a verygood idea of how they operate which I liked the sound of...fast, dependable, friendly...etc. I discused with wife and then we began to gather documents right away aftere the amazing low quote that they gave us. They did in fact give us the low rate that they offered us in the begginning and we are impressed as well. Very reliable and dependable honest company!

Heard about them at a neighborhood party and we gave them a call...they quoted us a really good deal so we decided to refinance and we ended up with a rate of 4.25% for the next 30 years!!!!!!

I worked out a loan modification on our mortgage with the loan officer Chris at Pacific 1 Lending. I felt like I was talking to the mortgage guru himself! He had an answer for every problem that I put in front of him. He offered us a solution to our financial situation that I could not refuse! I am so pleased with our results! You should really give these guys a call...they haelped us out a whole bunch and can do so much for you too!!! I am going to use them again the next time I need to refinance my mortgage I like them so much!!!

Yes I too had a great experience with this company...they get a gold star in all areas: service, promptness, willingness, helpfulness, friendliness, and ability. They managed to get us the lowest mortgage payment we have ever had.

I highly reccomend this company to anyone thats looking to save a bunch of cash and lower their monthly house payments. I have way more cash in my pocket now than ever before. Very easy to work with ...they take care of all the hard stuff...all i had to do was get some documents together and they did all the rest for me!!

Go to this business if you want to save an incredible amount of money on your home! They have an incredible amount of inside good deals to offer! I recieved a phone call from them and they asked me if I wanted to refinance and I had not thought about it until they called. Once I spent a few minutes on the phone with a loan officer and they explained to me how much I could be saving if I refinanced and how the loan would pay for itself in the first few months of my new mortgage rate I was hooked! They just completed our new loan in August and we are not going anywhere else from now on to get help with our home needs!

That this group of people saved me my home and my future for our children and ensured us a home to stay in for the rest of our children's lives. We are very satisfied wit this company and are so grateful that we went through with the modification deal tht they offered to us. We got our rate down from 6 and a half % to 3 something. We are saving so much on our payment each month and can take a deep breath again finally!

We love this company!!!!!!!!! They are the best mortgage company that we have found to this date yet!!!!!!!! Our home is much happier now that we have refied with them...We now have extra cash every month and we are indescribably happy about that!!!!!!!!! You should definitely give them a try they have helped us and some of our friends as well!!!!!
