Went here in person to shop for some fabrics and materials to make prototypes. The saleslady walked me through the different types of neoprene and velcro they carried, explained the differences to me and recommended what was probably ideal for application. Highly recommend and will be back for more material once I scale up production.

I saw this bad review online earlier and was thinking to avoid this company. But since this company is close to where I am, I decided to give it a try for the convenience reason. It turned out that their service is superb!! At first I purchased the wrong thickness of neoprene, they not only exchanged the item but also gave me account credit because the exchanged item actually costs less. Very honest people there and I end up still buying from them now. Don't let the earlier reviews fool you, just try it out yourselves. At least I am happy with their service and products.

I was just a small time buyer as I needed to purchase a small quantity of neoprene to make prototypes (tote bags). The sales women there were incredibly kind and spent almost an hour with me explaining the different types of neoprene they offered and their usage. They were genuinely concerned about my products and wanted to make sure that I used the right type of neoprene. They also quoted me prices which were a lot less than the other suppliers I had previously visited. When you're just starting out in business every cent counts.

Purchased some hook & loop adhesive and received a product that did not match the site image. Very rude and unprofessional lady informed me that the product was not returnable because it was a "special order item," which was not stated anywhere. After repeatedly asking to speak to her manager, and her insisting there was no one else, I stated that I would be filing a claim. At this point I was put on hold and the lady returned some minutes later to say she would call me back and hung up. She never called back. Days later I phoned her back and she said a refund had been issued. Eventually the credit was received, less 25% "restocking fee" which is likely higher than the profit margin on this product. Bad business and we have since found great service with other suppliers. Buyer be warned.
